Tamana Gara

Alice Smith took their year 8's to Tamana Gara for their trip this year. Sara spent 4 nights in one of the most ancient rain forests in the world. It started off with a 4 hour coach ride, followed by a 2 hour canoe trip down the river to the Hotel. Trips were laid on for the kids, and they vistited bat caves, the Orang tribes people, and walks into the jungle. Their local wildlife were monkeys, wild boar, lizards and an abundance of insects.
