Banana Boating

This has been great fun (for the kids). Although I have done it ... once.....I dont plan on doing it again! I think us adults must have fallen off at least 5 time in the space of 10 minutes, in the most murky water imaginable!

The Mines Resort is about 20 mins from the house. It was once an open cast Tin Mine, which when it was closed some 15/20yrs ago, was flooded to create the deepest manmade lake in Asia (1500metres). We usually take a few families down there. Its great to take the kids too and has its own manmade beach and great food, along with watersports and a freshwater pool.
